At jewellerybox, we want you to love your new accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and ensure it is securely wrapped in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the front of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
