How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for delivery within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all jewellerybox pieces come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
